FactoryAll our frames (windows, doors, vertical sliders, patios, bi-fold doors), are manufactured using the very latest technologies, from state of the art machining centres that accurately rout, drill, prep and cut the profile, to the automated 4, 6 and 8 head welders that ensure accurate sizes before transporting the frames to the CNC corner cleaning stations which produce a consistent finish.
Glass ShopWe have invested heavily in a state-of-the-art glass plant and are able to supply a wide range of glass units for windows and conservatories. With an on-site toughening plant and two fully automated glass lines we are able to offer specialist conservatory roof glasses, normal double glazed units and even cost effective energy efficient units to comply with the latest Window Energy Rating guidelines.
Production
Paint ShopWe recognised a few years ago that as our market matures it would be necessary to offer more specialist products in order to stand out from the many other window companies in the market and so at that time we invested in a paint spraying facility. We are now able to quote, manufacture, spray and deliver coloured frames and all you have to do is pick the colour!
